1) Personal information items to be collected and methods of collection

 

Currently, mobile phone numbers are collected, and additional information may be required for membership registration.

 

The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration and service provision.

2) Purpose of collecting and using personal information

 

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

 

- Search and match counterparties

 

- Fulfillment of contracts for service provision, use of services, payment of fees for service provision

 

- Member management

identity authentication related to service use, user identification, prevention of illegal use of bad members, confirmation of sign-up intention, complaint handling, and notification of notices

 

- Used for marketing and advertising

new service development and specialization, delivery of advertising information, confirmation of member access frequency, and statistics on member service use

 

3) Retention and use period of personal information

 

In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay.

However, if it is necessary to preserve it according to the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the Company keeps the member information for a certain period stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations as follows.

 

- Five-year preservation

4) Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

 

The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

 

- Destruction procedure

The subscription information entered by the member is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved, and is stored for a certain period of time according to internal policy and other related laws (refer to period of retention and use) and then destroyed.

Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than being held unless required by law.

 

- Method of destruction

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

 

5) Provision of personal information

 

In principle, the company does not provide users' personal information to the outside. However, the following cases are exceptions.

 

- When users agree in advance

- In the case of law, if there is a request from an investigative agency according to the procedure and method specified in the law for investigation purposes

 

6) Consignment of collected personal information

 

The Company does not entrust user information to external companies without the user's consent. If such a need arises in the future, the Company will notify the member of the consignee and the contents of the consignment business, and if necessary, obtain prior consent.
